Salt Maintenance is a garden and grounds maintenance company working across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. We look after private gardens, strata common property, commercial grounds and public spaces.
Gardens, lawns, weeds, seasonal work and the paths in between. One contractor for the whole property, with its own crew, its own schedule and its own standards. Take it as a yearly plan, as regular visits, or as a one off.
We came out of a landscape construction business that has spent years building gardens across South East Queensland. When a property needs building rather than looking after, it goes to Salt Landscaping, who hold the licence for that work. Same people behind both.

Louis Farrell.
Louis runs Salt Maintenance day to day and is on the tools himself. He has run garden maintenance work, and the way this business operates comes straight out of it.
He has also spent years around building and facilities operations, doing gardening work for building management and sitting close enough to the maintenance side of large buildings to see how the decisions actually get made. That is why this business talks about insurance, about who is on site, and about turning up when we said we would.
Behind him are Tim, Billy and Travis, who own Salt Landscaping. They are involved in how the business runs rather than who is on your property on a Wednesday.
