Who we serve

Public Gardens

Grounds the public walks through every day.

Public grounds get looked at by everybody who walks past, and mentioned by a few of them.

So the standard has to hold week to week. Beds kept planted and mulched, turf kept even, paths and edges kept clear, and weeds dealt with before they set seed.

Who signs it off? Whether that is a council officer, a facilities team or a community committee, you get one contractor, a written scope, and a call when something needs a decision.

Properties like yours

Which one are you?

Parks and reserves

Open turf, established trees and garden beds that get walked through rather than looked at.

Streetscapes and verges

Narrow strips beside traffic, where access and timing matter as much as the work does.

Civic and community buildings

Halls, libraries and depots, where the entry is what people judge the whole place on.

Sporting and recreation grounds

Big turf areas on a fixed booking calendar, so the work has to fit around how the ground gets used.

Public Gardens

Held to a standard, week to week.

What you get

How we can help.

Fully insured

Salt Maintenance is a company rather than a sole trader, with $20 million public liability cover. Certificates of currency on request.

A written scope

What gets done, where, and how often, in something you can put in front of whoever has to approve it.

One contractor for the lot

Gardens, turf, paths and weeds under the one arrangement.

Work sequenced around use

We agree the timing before we start, so the work fits the way the place actually gets used.

We tell you what we find

Damage, dieback, a tripping hazard forming at an edge. You hear it from us.

FAQ

Questions we get asked a lot.

01

Who owns Salt Maintenance?

Salt Maintenance is 100% Australian owned and operated. It trades as TBTL Pty Ltd, ABN 14 701 347 622, and comes from the same people behind Salt Landscaping.

02

Are you insured?

Yes. $20 million public liability, held by a company rather than a sole trader. Certificates of currency go across before the first visit rather than when somebody chases them.

03

Can you meet our procurement requirements?

Send the pack through and we will complete it. Insurance certificates, entity and ABN details, safe work method statements, site inductions and any clearances your site needs, all sorted before the first visit. Send your scope of works too and we will price it as written.
