Commercial & Industrial
Grounds that look after themselves, as far as you are concerned.
Your grounds are the first thing a prospective tenant sees.
They are also one of the easier lines in a budget to have questioned. So we make it easy to answer. A written plan, a fixed price, and someone who can tell you exactly what is being done and when.
Running several sites? Each one gets priced on its own, because a hardstand edge in an industrial estate is nothing like a landscaped forecourt. The paperwork and the billing stay the same across all of them.
Which one are you?
Office and business parks
Shared forecourts and car park islands, where the presentation is part of the leasing pitch.
Industrial estates and warehousing
Big simple areas, where the real work is fence lines, hardstand edges, and keeping weeds out of the pavement.
Retail
Neighbourhood centres and strip frontages, where the entry beds and the footpath planters do all the work.
Childcare and learning centres
Grounds that children use, so the standard is different and so is who is allowed on site.
Presentation where your tenants actually look.
How we can help.
Fully insured
Salt Maintenance is a company rather than a sole trader, with $20 million public liability cover. Certificates of currency on request.
One standard everywhere
Every site quoted on its own, but the same plan, the same format and the same invoice date across all of them.
The front of house first
Entries, signage surrounds and the walk in from the car park get more attention than the back fence.
One contractor for the site
Gardens, lawns, hardstand edges and weeds, all under the one arrangement.
We tell you what we find
Something that needs a decision, something on its way out, something a resident is going to ask about. You hear it from us first.
From beds to lawns, we've got it covered.
Questions we get asked a lot.
Can you cover several sites under one arrangement?
Yes, and it works better that way. Each site gets its own plan and its own figure, because a car park in an industrial estate is nothing like a landscaped forecourt. The paperwork and the billing stay the same across the lot.
Our site is shops under apartments. Which one are we?
Usually strata. Mixed-use buildings normally have a body corporate and defined common property, so the approvals work like strata even though the ground floor is commercial. It is a five minute conversation on the walk, and nothing about the quote depends on settling it first.
Do you take on childcare and school grounds?
Yes. Anyone working on a site like that needs the right checks, and we sort those out before the first visit rather than after.
Ready to get started?
Tell us about the property and we'll come and look. Costs you nothing.
